Overview

Epic Test Quest ("we," "us," or "our") uses Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record for subscription payments to Wizzo, our AI-powered QA companion for Slack.

As the Merchant of Record, Paddle handles all billing, payments, and refund requests on our behalf.

Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with their Consumer Terms and Conditions.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to Paddle's terms. For digital content that is immediately made available, this right of withdrawal may be lost once the download or access has begun, as outlined in Paddle's consumer terms.

Refunds beyond the 14-day period are provided at Paddle's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period

To cancel, use the billing portal link in your Paddle receipt or contact us at legal@epictestquest.com.
